Enjoy deodorized Organic Coconut Oil originating from the tropical regions of the Philippines. This coconut oil without the typical coconut aroma is an ideal choice for those who prefer a neutral taste or prepare dishes where the aroma of coconut would be disturbing. Thanks to its composition, it is suitable both for hot cooking and for preparing desserts in the cold kitchen. Its properties include a high content of saturated fatty acids, which ensure thermal stability up to 200 °C. At lower temperatures, it naturally solidifies, which is practical, for example, in the production of plant-based coatings or raw desserts. It is naturally cholesterol-free and easily incorporated into a wide variety of recipes – from baking to sautéing.

Cooking: Coconut oil is excellent for spiced, savory, and hot dishes, adding a subtle exotic touch. Coconut oil is a great butter substitute in case of milk allergy. You can use it instead of butter as a base for roux or add it to soups and porridges. This snow-white fat makes dishes easier to digest.

Baking: You can use it to prepare cookies and pastries, which will be wonderfully moist and tender thanks to it. It is also excellent as a binder for cheesecake crusts.

Frying: Coconut oil does not burn, making it ideal for frying and sautéing. Fry pancakes or banana fritters in it. 

Grilling: Add Coconut Oil to grilling pastes and blends. Our favorite grilling mixture consists of coconut oil, Himalayan salt, and a pinch of chopped lemongrass.  

TIP: Try coconut oil in porridge. Melt a teaspoon of coconut oil into your favorite grain porridge and enjoy its pleasant taste.

Production

The quality of the raw material and the production technology determine the final quality of coconut oil. That is why we ensure that our Organic Coconut Oils come exclusively from clean areas of the tropical islands of the Philippines, where coconut palm cultivation and oil production have a long-standing tradition. Fragrance-free coconut oil is made from dried coconut flesh (copra) by pressing at higher temperatures. It then undergoes further processing using steam and filtration to remove all impurities and solid particles. Thanks to this processing method, we bring you 100% pure and high-quality coconut oil, rich in lauric, caprylic, and myristic acids.
